Purpose
Why Life Science Dx Exists
Diagnostics, precision medicine, and healthcare technology companies often reach a point where the science is sound, the clinical rationale is clear, and the technology is differentiated — but the path to commercial adoption remains uncertain. The questions that determine whether a product succeeds in the market are rarely answered by the science alone.
- Who is the economic customer?
- What clinical decision does the product change?
- What evidence is needed for adoption and reimbursement?
- How does the test, platform, or product fit into clinical workflow?
- What commercial model is realistic for the market?
- What sales, marketing, access, and partnership infrastructure is required?
- What must be true for the business to scale?
Life Science Dx helps companies answer these questions before commercial execution becomes expensive, misaligned, or difficult to correct.
